At Lefty’s Cannabis Store, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you experience a mechanical failure with any of our cannabis products, please follow the procedure below:
- Mechanical Failures: If you encounter a mechanical failure with a cannabis product, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request on our website.
- RMA Process: Once you have submitted your RMA request, we will review and process it. Upon approval, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.
- Store Credit: The store credit can be used for future purchases at Lefty’s Cannabis Store.
Vaping Products
For our vaping products, we require the original packaging to process any returns or replacements. Please follow the procedure below:
- Return Requirements: To be eligible for a return or replacement, the vaping product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the return is approved, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.
- Store Credit: The store credit can be used for future purchases at Lefty’s Cannabis Store.
General Guidelines
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return.
- Return Timeframe: All returns and RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns or RMA requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as used cannabis products and opened vape products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

- Fill Out the Form: Complete the RMA form with all required information, including your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
- Submit the Request: Submit the RMA request form. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been received.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and contact you with further instructions.
